The elegant built-in wardrobe complements the neutral colouring and elevates the room’s style with its angular cut, dark brown framing and sharp silver handles.

The contemporary bedroom uses an exquisite leather textured wall to act as an extended headboard, filling the entire space. A comfortable chaise lounge is perched at the foot of the bed. Two exceptionally crafted lights adorn the textured wall without dominating the design. The wide space incorporates a double vanity unit, separate and free standing bath. The strong veining of the marble exterior steals the show with carefully balanced off-white porcelain tiles.

The bright and airy bathroom is centred around luxury materials and fittings. The crisp white tub is oval shaped with floor standing silver taps matching the grey and black swathes of the marble exterior. A Bella Figura wall light has been built in opposite the tub, complementing the natural lighting emanating from the window. The shower incorporates vivid glass doors with angle cuts, giving the space a unique feel.

The warm-toned guest bedroom utilises a variety of nudes and a pop of green to emphasise the natural atmosphere of the space. The room, although compact, offers all the comfort of a home away from home with a recess TV as a backdrop to the subtle wallpaper directly opposite the plush, cushion filled bed. The windows are covered using Venetian shutters.

The guest bedroom uses a poignant green headboard upholstered in waxed linen and extends the entire length of the room to create an interesting feature. The bedside table also utilises pale colours with a unique, Habitat metallic lamp contrasting the neutral linens and cushions on the bed to create a sense of serene against the green headboard.

The unique staircase features bespoke, contemporary Topix lighting on a plain white wall with a marble flair, balancing the minimalist feel with a pop of colour. The brightness is accentuated by the natural beam of light from the window. The staircase incorporates a glass covering with a sleek black frame adding to the clean feel of the space.

The sophisticated landing incorporates warm tones with a contemporary, stylish look. A beautifully crafted marble table top complements the neutral wallpaper and the immaculate wooden flooring. The low-lying table features matching accessories with a poignant lamp and statement vase, whilst keeping with the cool-toned theme.

The open-plan living room successfully combines contemporary and bespoke furniture. The natural and pale palette is emphasised using a wall of bespoke shelving all lit by LEDs to a make an interesting wall feature. All the while providing practical space for books, vases, a television set and DVDs.

The spacious living room also includes an industrial writing desk with a unique, leather chair. The quirky yet ornate candle holder is perched on top of a small distinctive black table, with an original comfortable oak chair that is layered with leather seating. The walls are painted with neutral tones marrying well with the pale curtains in the background.

The open-plan living room has an authentic source of natural lighting through the many windows adorned with pale grey curtains that accentuate the stress-free atmosphere of the room. There are contemporary stools on either side of the sofa used for frames and unique vases. The living room also provides a great amount of storage space with built-in rooms and oak doors.

The writing desk, from Ecco Trading, adds a new dimension to the living room without overshadowing the neutral tones. The bronze lamp fuses well with the nude colours used throughout the room and, the neon artwork sitting above, are all easily accessible.

The luxurious kitchen has a faux green wall that makes a spectacular feature and adds a burst of life to the space. As the dining area and kitchen are located at basement level with no access to outside space, this green wall alludes to the idea of outside space and, when beautifully lit, creates a sense that the room extends beyond its own boundaries.

The beautifully arranged lighting over the counter has been carefully positioned to aid in food preparation and making the food appear brighter and more attractive. Two fittings allow the angle of the light to cover the entire work top. The lights are called the Elements Tom Box MA 15 lights from Chaplins in nickelled brass to complement other finishes used within the space.

The kitchen lighting has been intricately designed to showcase the neutral colouring and bespoke cabinetry. The ambient lights are controlled by the automated lighting system to ensure various levels of light on varied circuits to alter the mood of the space. The three surface mounted lights, sitting in a row above the kitchen sink, have been used as task lighting to illuminate the work shop.

The luxurious landing uses warm brown tones to accentuate the dimensions of the staircase. The textured wall opposite is fitted with two modern lamps that release only minimal lighting to complement the quiet tones.

The contemporary staircase is fitted with dark brown framing and a glossy covering reflecting the quirky staircase design. The stairs are a pale cream melding beautifully with the embedded wall lights, lighting up the stairway and the polished wooden flooring below.
