I ordered tiles from here online after getting some samples. There were some broken tiles but replacements were promptly organised. Since I wanted some more tiles I called up and spoke to Josh on two occasions. He was really helpful in combining my order and rearranging the delivery date. When I called I really appreciated the quick pickup and efficiency/flexibility offered. They also seem to have an good computer stock management system as it was organised quickly.

Very friendly staff, fab collection and tiles. We had a situation to swap the tiles with different shade and shape and a nice chap called Steph helped me and made my life easy with whole process.
