Let’s take a tour of the fantastic Innov8 – Boston House in Andheri. The office design project has been conceptualised and designed by Studio Gritt, designers in Bangalore. It’s a commercial space that’s unlike any we have seen before since it has some unique and exceptional features. The office has modern concepts intertwined with artistic elements that make it outstanding.
At first glance, the office is incredibly stylish. The designers have created an eye-catching design for the ceiling. Planed wooden pieces are hung unevenly to create a stunning look. The wood is interspersed with lamps to light up the entire space. The light-toned wooden flooring is just as stylish.
Here is a view of the workspace designed for collaborating teams. The corridor leads to the working area that has a row of tables and chairs set against the outer edges of the room. The cast iron hanging lamps are quite stylish yet functional as they light up the workspace very well. The parallel layout is perfect for allowing teams to discuss and collaborate freely.
The office has a lot of different elements incorporated into its design. Here, an area facing the windows has a ledge with plants, while there is a row of workstations set along the wall. It’s a quiet green corner that is perfect for getting the creative juices flowing.
The conference room is a beautiful melange of bright colours. One end of the room has a panel with a gradation of tones that resembles a sunset. The rest of the room has long tables, with small planters embedded into it.
We love how the designers have incorporated art into the modern office. This particular wall in the passage is one of our favourites. The mural depicts Mumbai’s skyline, which is very fitting.
The office has an open feel with everyone having his or her own space. The team rooms are separated from the rest of the area via glass doors. The cohesive design features the use of lamps as well as ceiling lighting, everywhere in the office. The designers have used colours sparsely, and hence, the few pops of colour stand out.
Here, we see the cafeteria in the office. The view of the greenery is quite pleasing, and therefore, it presents the perfect location for relaxing and grabbing a cup of coffee with co-workers. The white metal-wire chairs add interest to the area. Overall, it’s the ideal space for employees to unwind and refresh.
Here, we get a complete view of the waiting area. The elevator doors are painted in bold and fun colours. The open floor plan of the office is evident. It allows employees to interact with each other and their superiors, making the workflow smooth and efficient.
