Project:

-total renovation of an old apartment near the lisbon downtown.

Building:

-a common example of a building from the 70's period. the facades are a common late modern portuguese design; it is a mixture between the exotic latin architecture with a modern and 'low-cost' mentality.

Concept:

-less is more. clean the addictions, make several divisions in a single one.make the garden into a geometric patio with the add on the room area.
